    • bride of the wedding did not wear a traditional white dress. Instead, she wore her best gown or even a new gown if possible. Gowns would be full length. Material either used was, Velvet, Satin, or Corduroy and decorated with Silk or Linen ruffs. The women wore fancy necklaces, that drew attention to them. And their hair was worn very loose for a symbol of purity

    • The material for the brides dress was made out of either wool, flax, and cotton. They instead of using jewels used fresh flowers to decorate their dress. Also the bride would wear flowers in her hair. Once married girls had to wear their hair under a bonnet.
